- The software engineer will work within the China BSW team to develop advanced base software system

- Embedded Software Design - Embedded software design consists of aspects such as architectural design, abstract specification and interface design, component design, data structure design, and algorithm design
- 嵌入式软件设计：软件系统架构设计，抽象化需求定义，软件接口设计，软件模块设计，数据结构设计和算法设计
- Develop and execute verification and validation plans to ensure the products meet Cummins design targets
- 开发及执行核准验证计划以确保产品满足康明斯设计目标
- Solve problems during software development
- 解决软件开发中的种种问题
- Support internal and external customers on training, trouble shooting and problem solving
- 支持内部及外部客户的培训和排查、解决问题
- Review the design Doc with global team regularly for each task, complete action item and update status with timely manner
- 设定定期与global 团队针对项目的评审会， 记录改进点、完成行动项并及时更新
Qualification & Experience:
- BS/MS in automotive engineering or electronics engineering, or related technical fields
- 应届毕业硕士或本科生，机电一体化，控制等相关专业
- Has the engagement to deep dive technical work, especially in embedded software development
- 有志于长期从事技术类工作，特别是嵌入式软件开发工作
- Engineering thinking acumen and self-study capability
- 敏锐的工程思维能力和良好的自学能力
- Have experience in embedded software development； Familiar with C, C++, have SW development experience on C51, ARM core, like STM32
- 有嵌入式软件开发相关的课题经验或工作经验；熟悉 C，C++, 有C51，ARM等开发经验
- Prefer to have knowledge on communication, familiar with CAN/LIN protocol, understand SPI/IIC
- 对通讯协议如CAN/LIN 有了解及应用， 对SIP/IIC 有应用者， 优先考虑
- Be proficient both in writing and oral English, Ability to work w/ Customer and team members in a global environment
- 英文听说读写熟练, 能与客户及国际背景的团队成员协调工作
- Be proficient in using PPT, word, Excel
