Bank Account and Liquidity Management

• Contrarily manage all consolidated entities’ bank account and liquidity by cash pool and various means
• Develops effective cash forecasting disciplines, reviews liquidity requirement analysis and implements appropriate structures to meet liquidity requirements
• Improve working capital and CCC (Cash Conversion Cycle) to ensure a healthy situation for business growth
• Lead the planning and execution of the company’s cash investment and borrowing strategies

Credit and Trade Financing

• Effectively manage China bank drafts to mitigate balance sheet risk
• Monitor Cash Conversion Cycle and develop various supply chain financing programs to strengthen working capital 
• Negotiates banking facilities, cash management, guarantees and other related financial support

Risk Exposure Management

• Proactively identifies exposures and develops and implements Corp FX and Commodity hedging strategies to mitigate the risk
• Provides guidance at the entity level with business segment or corporate guidance
• Improve process efficiency and risk control

 Business Partnering

• Supports mergers and acquisitions activity, due diligence, and integration as required
• Proactively introduce and offer treasury solutions to business when appropriate
• JV supporting on Treasury consultancy and risk exposure monitoring

QUALIFICATION and COMPETENCIES

• Strategic thinking for providing direction and leadership across Asia Pac Treasury operation activities

• Strong ability to develop and design solutions to complex and urgent treasury related issues across the region related to supporting the growth of the business and mitigating risk

• Familiarity with central bank regulations in the region and ability to anticipate challenges with sovereign central bank policies.

• Cross functional collaboration with Tax, Accounting, Financial Planning and Analysis, Legal and others to solve the problem and implement the project

• Directs, coaches, and mentors treasury staff; delegate works assignments considering employee skills and development needs

• Excellent communication skill, managing conflicts and problem-solving capability

• High integrity and accountability, a team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a global organization

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

• Fluid English both in oral and writing

• College, university or equivalent degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related subject required

• Financial certification preferred

• More than 10 years working experience in Corporate treasury function, finance department and financing institutions and related industry
