Job Description: 

• Evaluate the new requirement from customer, translate them into product technical Profile. 
• 评估客户新需求的可行性，并将其转化成产品的技术要求。
• Lead high-power switching power supply HW design as Design Technical Leader (HW DTL), responsible for HW activities plan, Schematic design, PCB layout, WCA, circuit simulation, component selection, BOM and Gerber file creation, implement prototype function test by follow test plan. 
• 作为硬件设计负责人主导大功率开关电源的硬件设计工作，负责原理图，PCB板的设计及绘制，恶劣条件分析，电路仿真，元器件选型，BOM及Gerber文件生成，执行样件功能测试。
• Analysis design failures and troubleshooting, fix the root cause accurately and timely, recommend appropriate actions 
• 对设计失效进行故障分析, 准确及时定位问题点, 并推荐适当的方案。
• Participate as a key contributor, accountable for project success, provide input on program-related decisions. 
• 作为重要的贡献者参与并对项目的成功负责, 提供与项目相关的决策输入。
• Provide technical direction for the project. Demonstrate depth of knowledge of engineering discipline(s) and leverage expertise on other projects. 
• 为项目或项目团队提供技术指导，展示工程学科知识的深度，并在其他项目中利用其专业知识。
• Assist with the knowledge transfer. Coach and mentor less experienced engineers and provide technical Training to team. 
• 协助知识的传承，辅导经验较少的工程师, 提供技术培训。

Qualification: 

• Bachelor’s degree or above, relating to power electronics, electrical engineering; 
• 本科以上学历，.
• 5+ yrs’ experience related to high-Power switching power supply design, 3+ yrs’ relevant work experience on new energy vehicle DCDC .年以上大功率开关电源设计经验，3年以上车载电源相关工作经验.
• Familiar with the commonly used high-power switching power supply topology principle and application skills, proficient in magnetic component design and SIC device application, familiar with related industry standard. 
• 熟悉大功率开关电源常用拓扑原理与应用技巧、精通磁元件设计以及SIC器件应用、熟悉车载电源相关行业标准.
• Have the capability to select and design the topology of hardware scheme by individual. 
• 能独立进行硬件方案拓扑结构的选型和设计.
• Have strong knowledge of analog circuits and digital circuits, familiar with the commonly used electronic devices, familiar with PADS and other circuit design tool. 
• 有较强的模拟电路和数字电路知识，熟悉常用电子器件，熟练使用PADS等电路设计软件.
• Proficient in PCB design, understand SMT process, familiar with the layout principle of switching power supply and relevant safety standards. 
• 精通PCB设计，了解SMT流程，熟悉开关电源布板规则及相关安规标准.
• Be good at communicating, has the strong sense of responsibility and compressive ability, logical thinking ability and project management skills and good teamwork spirit.善于沟通，有较强的责任感和抗压能力，逻辑思维能力和项目管理能力以及良好的团队合作精神。
• Be proficient both in writing and oral English. Have the capability to work with Customer and team members in a global environment. 
• 英文听说读写熟练，能与客户及国际背景的团队成员协调工作.

Other requirements: 

• Familiar with ISO7637, have EMI/EMC testing experience is preferred.
• 熟悉ISO7637, 有汽车电子产品的EMC/EMI测试经验者优先考虑
• Familiar with ISO26262, have function safety experience is preferred.
• 熟悉ISO26262相关规范，有功能安全开发经验者优先考虑
