Key responsibilities:
- Leading product full scope cost management include product cost accounting, standard cost setting, cost analysis reporting, cost reviewing and drive cost improvement initiatives etc.
- (Materials Cost, Conversion Cost and End to End product Quality cost)
- Prepare and coordinate quarterly warranty committee review and partnering with Quality, SOIE, Service functions to drive quality cost reduction opportunity.
- Leading product pricing and margin management by customer, business segment-FS, ECM, Sensor.
- Inventory Management: Work with plant on proper inventory stock level buildup to support working capital efficiency improvement and supply chain continuity with inventory E&O avoided.
- Capital Investment Analysis: Provide financial analysis for capital investment and partnering with supply chain on capacity planning and tracking on capacity utilization ratio.
- VPC projects financial analysis: Provide financial analysis for VPC projects to identify risks and support business decision, and also monitoring VPC projects financial objectives achievement.
- Actively engage in Supply chain and Marketing function related planning processes including AOP, FCST, IBP-SCR and IBP-DR to ensure alignment between business strategies and financials.
- Develop and improve actionable dashboard and business performance analysis with recommendations to help business partners to make fact-based decisions;
- Monitor business trends and identify upside downside on top-line bottom-line. Communicate with management business partners for actions to deliver financial commitment;
- Ad hoc analysis to support Business needs;
Qualification & Experience:
Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above majoring in finance and accounting.
- Experience and skills Over 5 years experience in finance accounting related areas with a focus on business analytics and solid financial analysis experience. Strong analytical and management accounting skills are required.
- Strong ability in cost management risk control and cost analysis.
- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and data management skills are required
